“My family and I were relocating to Memphis from Maryland because I was starting a new job. Barbie was recommended to me by my new employer. We wanted to find a single-family home in Memphis while, at the same time, also selling our home in Maryland. “We knew that Barbie was something special before we first talked to her. We received Barbie’s name from a friend who had recently bought a home. Barbie was the seller’s agent, but our friend was so impressed by her that he wanted to pass along her contact information. When you’re as good as Barbie, word gets around! We knew from the beginning that our situation would be tricky. We were shopping for a home in Tennessee all the way from Massachusetts. Our timeline was long, and a bit uncertain. “Barbie Dan is truly one of a kind. My husband and I had a few months to find a home in the Memphis area. My husband worked at St. Jude, and faculty at St. Jude recommended her to us, saying they had a great experience working with her.
