A native Memphian, I grew up with parents who were in building/developing and home sales, and real estate was the talk of our household. Becoming a licensed agent in 1988 after college was a natural career fit, and I sold homes for several years before taking a break to raise my two children. In 2011, I re-established my real estate career and have since enjoyed helping buyers and sellers with successful closings in all areas of Memphis from Downtown to Collierville/Eads. Although I work with sellers and buyers all over town, the older, established neighborhoods in Midtown and East Memphis are where I grew up and still live (across the street from my childhood home!) and I love sharing my hometown knowledge of those areas with my clients.
My commitment to clients is to provide them with the highest level of professionalism and serve as their advocate in one of life’s most important business transactions. Having bought and sold several homes personally, I understand how stressful it can be having a home on the market or dealing with the details of a move. I strive to make the process as simple as possible for my clients, serving as an advisor, providing resources and communicating openly and often so we can work together to successfully reach the client’s goals. My list of lenders, attorneys, contractors/handymen, stagers, packers and movers is extensive, and I am happy to help clients coordinate whatever details are necessary to get from listing to contract to closing.
My business philosophy is one of service and prioritizing my client’s needs first. Integrity, communication and attention to detail have been most important in both my professional and community volunteer positions. Those skills and my many connections in the Memphis community are key to helping my clients achieve success.
