Thank you for taking the time to allow me to introduce myself. I moved to Memphis in 1968, after spending my first 4 years in New York, when my parents decided to return to their hometown. I am a proud graduate of Christian Brothers High School and the University of Memphis, where I earned a Business degree majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Real Estate has been my full-time career since becoming licensed in 1992. I find it truly rewarding to turn clients into friends and share the passion for finding not just a house, but the right home. Patience, knowledge of Memphis and the surrounding municipalities, rapport with other agents, and familiarity with construction have guided my career over the past 30 years.
I was raised in East Memphis, and currently live in the Highpoint Terrace neighborhood with my wife, Karla Willingham Templeton, and our 2 children. Some of my hobbies include cycling, hiking, woodworking, and cooking/BBQ.
