Meet Jake
Jake began his real estate career in 2004 as a commercial broker for two internationally esteemed local firms, where his primary focus was representing industrial tenants. A random lunch tour with his mother - a second-generation managing broker for a local residential firm - confirmed his suspicions that he favored homes and face-to-face client interaction to warehouses and conference calls. Jake is now a third-generation residential real estate agent and has never looked back.
“In commercial, so much - often all - of our focus was on the potential expense against the bottom line,” says Jake. “Getting the opportunity to provide real face-to-face counsel and guidance to clients for what often is not only their largest financial asset, but also their most cherished, is beyond fulfilling.”
Fully devoting his time to residential real estate in 2014, Jake was awarded the Lifetime Membership designation in the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2019, a designation rarely accomplished in an agent’s first five years.
Jake and his wife Frances are both devoted parents to their two active daughters, and can often be seen at the girls’ various sporting events with their four-legged “dependents,” Coco & Cash. They are also supporters of Church Health, where Jake donates a portion of each of his sales.
