About Worth Jones

It was such a pleasure working with you, Worth! As first-time home buyers, we were extremely nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. You were able to help us out along the way, constantly showing us new houses, doing countless virtual tours, and answering all of our questions so quickly. Without your help, we wouldn’t be moving into our new house soon! We will definitely recommend you to any and all of our family and friends, and will definitely be returning clients when/if we decide to house hunt again!

Having never been to Memphis, I was referred to Worth by a friend. I found him to be very patient, knowledgeable of the Memphis real estate market, and well prepared to view houses that meet our criteria. His knowledge and personal insight into various neighborhoods allowed us to find our house in two days! Worth was also a great help with the contract negotiations, inspections, and settlement. He was also kind enough to keep an eye on our new house until we arrived a few weeks after settlement. I will definitely use him again.

Worth was incredible to work with. Right from the get-go, he made us understand that we were a priority. As first-time home-buyers, the entire process was foreign to us, but Worth sat down with us the first time we met to lay out the process in terms that we could easily understand. He made home buying a stress-free process by walking us through it, step by step. He was very flexible with his schedule and always worked on our time. In talking with us, I really feel that Worth knew what it was we were looking for in a home, even if we weren't able to perfectly articulate it. He found us a home that we absolutely love and he went above and beyond to e...

Having to relocate to another state was difficult for our family. We connected with Worth over the telephone and were impressed with his knowledge of the entire Memphis market. Worth exhibited professionalism and kindness as he helped us choose the right neighborhood for our family. His knowledge and unique ability to negotiate our deal to our benefit left us impressed and thankful we'd found him. We've bought four houses in the past 15 years and have had multiple agents in different states. Worth Jones is by far the best agent we've ever had.

My fiancé and I met Worth probably before we were really serious about finding a new home and were merely toying with the notion whilst enjoying open houses for their own sake. He made a great first impression as a laid back and honest individual, so we gave him a call as soon as we decided to move forward. He was excited yet patient from the beginning. Even during our longer breaks of indecisiveness, Worth stood by us at a comfortable distance without being inattentive or pushy. Often I could tell he knew before we did that a certain place was not for us, and we began to trust his opinion as a companion in the process. Worth remained versatile, inf...
